  If you're a somewhat-passive Weezer fan like me, you've probably been wondering, "Hey, what's Mikey been doing? Did he get a flat with Brian Wilson and Syd Barrett and the mid-late90's incarnation of John Frusciante or something?"

Here's your answer: He's painting up a storm!

If any of you guys went to Mikey-era Weezer concerts, did his bass sound a teeny bit sharp to you? (an ironic question, I suppose)

  The Best Songs of 2004

Once again, the double-asterisk (**) means that the song's eligibility is in question. My take? The one at #11 was realeased as a single 37 years ago and should be out. The one at #18 was released as a single 37 years ago, yet has been altered meaningfully in the "fully realized" current version, so I'd keep it in. The eligibility of the one at #25 depends on how seriously you take old demo tapes and such. Lastly, the one at #37 is listed as a 2004 release in some places and a 2003 release in others.
